                <h2>Bezpečnostní analýza Matrixu: Co odhalila studie financovaná BSI</h2>
    <p>Německý Federální úřad pro informační bezpečnost (BSI) nedávno financoval rozsáhlou bezpečnostní analýzu komunikační platformy Matrix, kterou provedla společnost MGM Security Partners. Cílem této analýzy bylo prozkoumat, jak dobře je Matrix připraven chránit komunikaci uživatelů v různých scénářích.</p>
    <p>Výsledky analýzy byly vesměs pozitivní, ale byly identifikovány tři nízkorizikové zranitelnosti, které však nepředstavují závažnou hrozbu pro uživatele. Navíc se objevily výtky k nepořádnému vývoji kódu, ale tyto problémy se týkaly zejména testovacího kódu, nikoli produkčního.</p>
    <p>Vývojáři Matrixu a společnosti Element na tyto poznatky okamžitě reagovali a provedli potřebné opravy, čímž zajistili, že platforma nadále poskytuje bezpečné komunikační prostředí. Studie nicméně poukazuje na důležitost pravidelného hodnocení a údržby kódu, aby byla zajištěna bezpečnost uživatelů.</p>
    <p>Je důležité si uvědomit, že navzdory identifikovaným zranitelnostem je Matrix stále považován za jednu z nejbezpečnějších komunikačních platforem na trhu, a to díky své otevřenosti a možnosti rychlé reakce na objevené problémy.</p>

        <h2>Bezpečnostní analýza Matrixu</h2>
       <p>Německý Federální úřad pro informační bezpečnost (BSI) nedávno financoval rozsáhlou bezpečnostní analýzu komunikační platformy Matrix, kterou provedla společnost MGM Security Partners. Cílem této analýzy bylo prozkoumat, jak dobře je Matrix připraven chránit komunikaci uživatelů v různých scénářích.</p>
    <p>Výsledky analýzy byly vesměs pozitivní, ale byly identifikovány tři nízkorizikové zranitelnosti, které však nepředstavují závažnou hrozbu pro uživatele. Navíc se objevily výtky k nepořádnému vývoji kódu, ale tyto problémy se týkaly zejména testovacího kódu, nikoli produkčního.</p>
    <p>Vývojáři Matrixu a společnosti Element na tyto poznatky okamžitě reagovali a provedli potřebné opravy, čímž zajistili, že platforma nadále poskytuje bezpečné komunikační prostředí. Studie nicméně poukazuje na důležitost pravidelného hodnocení a údržby kódu, aby byla zajištěna bezpečnost uživatelů.</p>
    <p>Je důležité si uvědomit, že navzdory identifikovaným zranitelnostem je Matrix stále považován za jednu z nejbezpečnějších komunikačních platforem na trhu, a to díky své otevřenosti a možnosti rychlé reakce na objevené problémy.</p>

        <h2>1. Základy</h2>
        <h3>1.1 Používání této služby znamená přijetí našich podmínek</h3>
        <p>Pokud jakkoliv interagujete s touto službou, ať už jste registrovaným uživatelem nebo používáte vzdálenou instanci, a dokonce i pokud jste neautentizovaný host (aktuálně nedostupné), souhlasíte a jste vázáni těmito podmínkami uvedenými v tomto dokumentu.</p>
        <h3>1.2 Tento dokument se časem vyvíjí</h3>
        <p>Pokud dojde ke změnám, budete o nich informováni v naší místnosti Oznámení a serverem, protože musíte souhlasit s pokračováním. Můžete pomoci vylepšit tento dokument diskusí o jeho obsahu v naší komunitní místnosti.</p>
        <h3>1.3 Porušení podmínek</h3>
        <p>Porušení jakýchkoliv z těchto podmínek (a pravidel) může vést k okamžitému smazání nebo vzdálenému blokování vašeho účtu (nebo serveru). Můžete kontaktovat administrátora, pokud si myslíte, že došlo k omylu: <a href="https://mxchat.cz/contact">https://mxchat.cz/contact</a></p>
        <h2>2. Podpora</h2>
        <p>Existuje několik způsobů, jak získat podporu: zkuste komunitní místnost <a href="https://matrix.to/#/#podpora:mxchat.cz">mxchat.cz podpora</a> nebo <a href="https://matrix.to/#/@archos:mxchat.cz">@archos:mxchat.cz</a>. V adresáři místností jsou také specifické komunity pro Matrix.</p>
        <h2>3. Pravidla správného chování</h2>
        <h3>3.1 Používání této služby</h3>
        <p>Souhlasíte s dodržováním našich pravidel (výše) a zákonů České republiky a Evropské unie při používání této služby. Nebudete provádět žádné škodlivé nebo zlovolné aktivity nebo jinak jakékoliv chování považované za „špatné“.</p>
        <h3>3.2 Alias místností</h3>
        <p>Můžete se dostat do situace, kdy používáte alias pro místnost, který později získá právoplatná organizace. Taková žádost bude samozřejmě pečlivě přezkoumána a budete předem kontaktováni. mxchat.cz má právo převést nebo upravit aliasy.</p>
        <h3>3.3 Nelegální obsah</h3>
        <p>Jakýkoliv nelegální obsah (viz sekce pravidel) bude odstraněn, pokud bude nalezen. To také vede k pozastavení nebo vzdálenému blokování vašeho účtu. Prosím kontaktujte nás s podrobnostmi, pokud potřebujete nahlásit obsah.</p>
        <h2>4. Vytvoření účtu</h2>
        <h3>4.1 eMail</h3>
        <p>Pro vytvoření účtu musíte poskytnout platnou e-mailovou adresu, která není jednorázová. Používáme ji k ověření vašeho účtu, k upozornění na zprávy nebo pozvánky nebo k poskytnutí způsobu, jak resetovat heslo. Tato adresa nikdy nebude sdílena s třetími stranami.</p>
        <h3>4.2 Minimální věk</h3>
        <p>Protože chceme minimalizovat osobní údaje, které o vás uchováváme, nemůžeme vás požádat o ověření souhlasu vašich rodičů, pokud je vám mezi 13–16 lety. Proto musíte být alespoň 16 let, abyste mohli tuto službu používat. Výjimky mohou nastat podle zákonů vaší rezidenční země. Viz také: (článek 8 GDPR).</p>
        <h2>5. Ukládání zpráv a médií</h2>
        <p>Tento server ukládá zprávy po maximální dobu jednoho roku. Čisticí úlohy běží na pozadí automaticky, aby bylo zajištěno, že obsah je smazán. Vzhledem k (šifrovaným) zálohám se tato doba může lišit o několik týdnů.</p>
        <h2>6. Omezení a ukončení</h2>
        <p>Váš účet může být omezen, blokován, deaktivován nebo zcela ukončen na základě našeho vlastního uvážení, bez předchozího upozornění nebo jakékoliv odpovědnosti vůči vám.</p>
        <h2>7. Šifrování</h2>
        <p>Tato služba vám může umožnit šifrovat vaše zprávy a nahrávky pomocí end-to-end šifrování (šifrované chaty jsou ve výchozím nastavení povoleny pro všechny soukromé chaty). Některé země mají specifické zákony, které musíte dodržovat při používání této funkce. Jste zodpovědní za kontrolu těchto zákonů předem. Pokud se dozvíme o tom, že takový zákon porušujete, máme právo pozastavit váš účet bez upozornění.</p>
        <h2>8. Služby třetích stran</h2>
        <p>Části této služby jsou poskytovány třetími stranami (obvykle Matrix.org, riot.im nebo vector.im), jako jsou služby ve vašem integračním manažeru klienta, poskytovatel SMS nebo integrovaná služba Jitsi.</p>
        <h2>9. Záruka</h2>
        <p>mxchat.cz nepřichází s jakoukoliv zárukou. Používáte jej na vlastní riziko. Berete na vědomí, že nekontrolujeme žádný obsah třetích stran a že v žádném případě není poskytována žádná záruka.</p>

        Pokud jste návštěvníkem našeho blogu, odběratelem novinek,
        přispěvatelem do komentářů poskytujete nám své osobní údaje. My vaše
        údaje zpracováváme a za jejich bezpečnost odpovídáme. Slibujeme, že
        vaše <br />údaje dostatečně chráníme a podřizujeme se požadavkům
        Nařízení o ochraně osobních údajů (GDPR).

        Neprodáváme žádný produkt, nejste tedy našimi zákazníky, ale
        návštěvníky blogu.

        Správcem vašich osobních údajů je Lukáš (Lucka ani nekouká přes
        rameno!)<br />
        Správcem osobních údajů je Lukáš Kaňka, který provozuje webové stránky
        lukan.cz a lukan.cekuj.net. Lukáš vaše údaje spravuje a určuje, jak
        dlouho budou osobní údaje zpracovávány, a za jakým účelem. Vybírá
        <br />také další zpracovatele, které ke zpracování využíváme.

        <strong>Jaké údaje zpracováváme a proč?</strong><br />
        Vaše osobní údaje zpracováváme především proto, abychom vám mohli
        poskytovat co nejkvalitnější obsah. Jednotlivé důvody zpracování:

        <strong>Předávání osobních údajů třetím osobám.</strong><br />
        Vaše údaje zpracovává správce Lukáš Kaňka, s využitím dalších dvou
        zpracovatelů, společnosti Endora , jejichž zpracování spočívá v
        uchovávání údajů na zabezpečených cloudových serverech.

        Abychom mohli měřit, jak se vám na našem blogu líbí, kde trávíte
        nejvíce času a kam klikáte, používáme další poskytovatele služeb pro
        určité zpracovatelské operace. Jsou to:

        Vaše data zpracováváme výhradně v Evropské unii nebo v zemích, které
        zajišťují odpovídající úroveň ochrany na základě rozhodnutí Evropské
        komise.

        <strong>Zabezpečení a ochrana osobních údajů</strong><br />
        Vaše data jsou u nás v bezpečí. Přijali jsme technická opatření, která
        zajišťují zabezpečení osobních údajů šifrováním přenosu dat pomocí
        HTTPS protokolu (ten zámeček, co je vedle naší URL adresy ;-)) a<br />
        zabezpečili vaše osobní údaje v souladu s čl. 32 GDPR.
      </p>

        <strong>Vaše práva v souvislosti s ochranou osobních údajů:</strong>
      </p>
      <p>
        V souvislosti s ochranou osobních údajů máte řadu práv. Pokud budete
        chtít některého z těchto práv využít, prosím, kontaktujte nás

      <p>Máte právo na informace, které si právě teď čtete. 🙂</p>
      <p>
        Díky právu na přístup nás můžete kdykoli vyzvat a my vám do 30 dnů
        doložíme, jaké vaše osobní údaje zpracováváme a proč. Pokud se u vás
        něco změní nebo shledáte své osobní údaje neaktuální nebo<br />
        neúplné, máte právo na doplnění a změnu osobních údajů.
      </p>
      <p>
        Právo na omezení zpracování můžete využít, pokud se domníváte, že
        zpracováváme vaše nepřesné údaje, domníváte se, že provádíme
        zpracování nezákonně, ale nechcete všechny údaje smazat nebo pokud
        jste<br />
        vznesli námitku proti zpracování. Omezit můžete rozsah osobních údajů
        nebo účelů zpracování.
      </p>
      <p><strong>Právo na výmaz (být zapomenut)</strong></p>
      <p>
        Vaším dalším právem je právo na výmaz (být zapomenut). Nechceme na vás
        zapomenout, ale pokud si to budete přát, máte na to právo. 😞 V
        takovém případě vymažeme veškeré vaše osobní údaje ze svého<br />
        systému i ze systému všech dílčích zpracovatelů a záloh. Na zajištění
        práva na výmaz potřebujeme 30 dní.
      </p>
      <p><strong>Stížnost u Úřadu na ochranu osobních údajů</strong></p>
      <p>
        Pokud máte pocit, že s vašimi údaji nezacházíme v souladu se zákonem,
        máte právo se se svou stížností kdykoli obrátit na Úřad pro ochranu
        osobních údajů. Budeme moc rádi, pokud nejprve budete o tomto<br />
        podezření informovat nás, abychom s tím mohli něco udělat a případné
        pochybení napravit.
      </p>
      <p><strong>Mlčenlivost:</strong></p>
      <p>
        Jsme povinni zachovávat mlčenlivost o osobních údajích a o
        bezpečnostních opatřeních, jejichž zveřejnění by ohrozilo zabezpečení
        vašich osobních údajů. Tato mlčenlivost přitom trvá i po skončení<br />
        závazkových vztahů s námi. Bez vašeho souhlasu také vaše údaje žádné
        jiné třetí straně nevydáme.
      </p>
      <p>Tyto Zásady ochrany osobních údajů nabývají účinnosti 28.4.2022</p>

        <h2>Úvod</h2>
        <p>Vaše soukromí je pro nás důležité. Proto s nimi nejen zacházíme mimořádně důvěrně, ale bereme také vaše právo k informacím velmi vážně. Stanoví to obecné nařízení EU o ochraně osobních údajů (GDPR). Tyto zásady ochrany osobních údajů vysvětlují, jak shromažďujeme, používáme a chráníme vaše osobní údaje.</p>
        <h2>Přispějte k tomuto dokumentu</h2>
        <p>Uživatelé jsou vždy více než vítáni, aby přispěli k těmto stránkám. Prosím, kontaktujte nás v komunitní místnosti mxchat.cz nebo přes.</p>
        <h2>1. Umístění mxchat.cz a jeho oprávněného personálu</h2>
        <p>mxchat.cz používá servery v Německu k poskytování svých služeb. Pro nahrávání médií v rámci služby Matrix se používá datové centrum v Německu.</p>
        <h2>2. Služby třetích stran</h2>
        <p>Můžete používat klienta, který využívá služby, které nejsou hostovány mxchat.cz, jako například:</p>
        <ul>
            <li>Jitsi video webové konference, z funkce videohovoru nebo z integračního manažera (obvykle riot.im, nyní známý jako Element)</li>
            <li>Samotný integrační manažer (obvykle hostovaný Matrix.org), který poskytuje widgety a boty pro místnosti, které obvykle mohou přistupovat k vašim zprávám a souborům v místnosti, pokud jsou aktivovány.</li>
            <li>Identitní server (Matrix.org)</li>
            <li>Klíčový server (Matrix.org)</li>
        </ul>
        <h2>3. Federace</h2>
        <p>Můžete se účastnit místností a prostorů jiných serverů (podobně jako komunikace s různými poskytovateli e-mailu) nebo v místních místnostech a prostorech s uživateli z jiných serverů. Mxchat.cz nemůže garantovaně kontrolovat, jak tito poskytovatelé mohou nakládat se zprávami a nahranými soubory, které poskytujete přes federaci.</p>
        <h2>4. Data, která shromažďujeme</h2>
        <p>Webový server i Matrix homeserver shromažďují data pro účely moderace a logování/debugování. Tato data zahrnují:</p>
        <ul>
            <li>Vaši IP adresu</li>
            <li>Vaši http-referrer (stránku, odkud přicházíte)</li>
            <li>Vámi používaný software, jako je klient/prohlížeč/zařízení</li>
            <li>Kdy jste byli naposledy aktivní</li>
        </ul>
        <h2>5. Mosty (Bridging)</h2>
        <p>Některé místnosti používají mosty k připojení k sítím mimo Matrix, jako je IRC, Discord nebo Telegram. Když místnost používá takového bota nebo aplikační službu, zprávy a média jsou kopírovány do připojených sítí. tchncs.cz není odpovědné ani schopné garantovat kontrolu nad daty sdílenými s těmito platformami.</p>
        <h2>6. Doba uchování dat</h2>
        <p>Většina dat, která poskytujete, na tomto homeserveru vyprší:</p>
        <ul>
            <li>Zprávy a nahrávky: 1 rok</li>
            <li>Logy webového serveru: 7 dní</li>
            <li>Logy Synapse: 4 dny</li>
            <li>IP adresa zaznamenaná Matrix homeserverem: 7 dní</li>
            <li>Poslední doba, kdy jste byli viděni: 7 dní</li>
        </ul>
        <h2>7. Zpracování dat</h2>
        <p>Shromážděná data naším webovým serverem (při používání webového klienta Element na mxchat.cz nebo při přístupu k Matrix homeserveru mxchat.cz), jako je vaše IP adresa, mohou být použita v případě odstraňování problémů nebo pro účely moderace.</p>
        <h2>8. Smazání dat</h2>
        <p>Pokud si přejete, můžete pomocí svého klienta smazat svůj účet zcela z našeho serveru. Tato akce je v souladu s GDPR a nelze ji vrátit zpět. V takovém případě zůstane pouze vaše uživatelské jméno, aby se zabránilo podvodům a chybám s federací.</p>
        <p>Pokud se rozhodnete redigovat zprávu, uživatelé na našem serveru nebudou schopni číst její obsah. Nemůžeme však zaručit, že tento požadavek bude splněn vzdálenými servery a službami.</p>
        <h2>9. Export dat</h2>
        <p>Můžete požádat o přístup k osobním údajům uloženým na našich serverech nebo je opravit. V závislosti na vašem použití klienta můžete být schopni exportovat potřebné informace, jako je historie chatu, bez nutnosti kontaktovat nás.</p>
        <h2>10. Cookies</h2>
        <p>Třetí strany zmíněné výše (a níže) mohou umístit cookies potřebné k poskytování jejich funkcí nebo více. V případě webového klienta můžete tyto cookies ovládat pomocí nastavení vašeho prohlížeče. Jinak prosím mějte na paměti zásady ochrany osobních údajů a/nebo zásady cookies aplikace, kterou používáte s naší službou.</p>
        <h2>11. Změny tohoto dokumentu</h2>
        <p>Tento dokument může být čas od času aktualizován. V takovém případě homeserver upozorní své uživatele. Aby mohli službu nadále používat, musí si přečíst a souhlasit s novou verzí tohoto dokumentu.</p>
