Merge branch 'main' into glitch-soc/merge-upstream

Conflicts:
- `app/views/admin/pending_accounts/index.html.haml`:
  Removed upstream, while it had glitch-soc-specific changes to accomodate
  for glitch-soc's theming system.
  Removed the file.
